- Dressing after welding
- Grinding the carbide tips from multiple angles, including the face, back, and sides
- Welding into a loop and confirming the specification
Where the difficulty is
Carbide tip position, pitch consistency, grinding angles, and left/right tooth consistency all affect the finished blade. If tip angles or heights are inconsistent, the blade may cut unsteadily, drift, or leave an unsatisfactory cut surface after installation.
